Counselor
I am a PLPC who has recently graduated from Webster University. While I continue my working in Webster Groves, I have developed a passion about connecting and supporting adolescents and young adults. My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and inviting space where all feel welcomed, accepted, and heard. I am a nervous system-focused counselor who uses a trauma-informed approach to provide the best possible care for my clients. My mission is to provide affordable mental healthcare while maintaining quality services that best serve my client's needs. I provide in-person services as well as online services.
Specialties: anxiety, depression, relationships with food and body image, and adjusting to life changes and challenges.
